In the season premier of Municipal Matters, Cobourg Mayor Gil Brocanier and Port Hope Mayor Linda Thompson make their first appearance on the show. Mayor Brocanier touches on such subjects as tourism, Victoria Park, and the proposed material recovery facility at the old Kraft facility.
