 Press Release June 17, 2016

Having just given away a Super Jackpot of $3,000 on June 14 you would think the Huntsville Rotary Club would be sensitive to further expenses that impact the club’s TV Bingo, but that is far from the truth.
Effective the Tuesday July 5 Bingo, the Super Jackpot will be increased to $4,000 fro a full card in 52 numbers, making it the largest  Bingo jackpot in Muskoka. They will also keep the popular Junior Jackpot portion of the final game that pays $1,000 to players who fill their card in 54 numbers or less.
Rotary Bingo, on CogecoTV channel 10 and 700, has been a main fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Huntsville since its inception in 1999. Each Tuesday night at 7pm Bingo players tune into CogecoTV to play five different games. At a minimum the payout on the jackpot game is $500, for a guaranteed weekly payout of $1,500.
Funds from the Bingo are used to fund the Human Resources budget which directly supports medical and social financial requests from those in need throughout the year. The funds also support the Rotary Club’s extensive youth programs, including the breakfast club, youth exchange program, educational workshops and retreats for young adults.
Ticket outlets include both downtown Macs stores, Westside Variety, Brunel Mart, Hometown Drugs, West Road Convenience, Popps in the Mall, Shoppers and both locations of the Capstone/Petro Canada stores.
