Halton Region Council meets approximately once a month on Wednesday morning in the council chamber at the Halton Region Building in Burlington. You can count on TVCogeco for complete coverage of Halton Region Council Meetings. The first airing of the current council meeting is Thursday night at 9pm with a replay on Saturday or Sunday at 1pm. Halton Region Council meetings are closed captioned for the hearing impaired. The Source will also feature a wrap up of each council meeting.
TVCogeco is proud to partner with the Region of Halton on many projects throughout the year. Our largest partnership is the coverage of council meetings throughout the year. We also work together to promote programs that are important to the growth and well being of the community. Recently, TVCogeco has participated in raising awareness of new policing programs and initiatives as well as delving into the many services Halton Region offers to residents of the community.
